See what changed when the character started talking.
Every story here started with a challenge: a familiar collection that needed a fresh perspective, a touring exhibition looking for deeper engagement, or an object visitors had questions about. Here is what we created, and what happened next.
An AI museum experience about the risks of AI.

In December 2025, the museum opened two AI islands within its permanent exhibition. One explores what AI can get wrong, from biased training data to misinformation and its impact on public debate.
Alan Turing gives visitors a conversational way to explore these topics, while the museum remains in control of the knowledge and content behind every answer.
Today: one of the most popular offerings in the permanent exhibition and shortlisted for the DigAMus Award 2026.

Experience Talking Paintings in person.
Several projects are open to the public. Seeing people talk to a character in a real space is often the easiest way to understand what Talking Paintings can do.

Interactive AI experiences with controlled content.
The content comes from the institution
The project team defines the sources, topics, tone and boundaries of the character. Content is reviewed before the experience goes live.
Visitor conversations do not retrain the character
The knowledge stays unchanged until the responsible team updates it in the Character Editor.
Offline operation is possible
Many installations process conversations locally on hardware at the venue. For several public-sector projects, this was an important requirement.
Characters move with the project
Van Gogh has travelled to three cities, Kráka to two countries and Alfred to two continents. Once created, a character can be used again elsewhere.
Can we speak to one of these clients?
Yes. Tell us what kind of venue you are and we will put you in touch with someone comparable.
Can we visit an installation?
Yes. Alan Turing in Frankfurt, Joseph Haydn and Prince Esterházy in Eisenstadt, and Mercury in Heilbronn are open to the public.
Which story is closest to what we want?
Museums usually look at Alan Turing, Mercury or Esterházy; attractions at Van Gogh or Kráka; brands at Alfred. In a demo we can walk you through the closest one.
How long did these take to build?
It depends on the format. Lite needs less preparation; AI needs additional work on knowledge, conversation rules and testing. We give you a schedule for your project.
Can we get all of these as one document?
Yes. Download the brochure, or ask us for the case study overview.
Do you have a story in our sector?
Very likely. We have worked with museums, attractions, brands, public institutions and education partners. Ask us in a demo.
What could your character become?
Tell us about your space, your audience and the story you want people to interact with.
