Talk to Vincent van Gogh
A Van Gogh AI created for "Vincent: Between Madness & Wonder" by Alegría Exhibition. Built once and taken from city to city with the immersive exhibition.

Immersive exhibitions are beautiful, and one-directional.
Projections play, the soundtrack swells, and the visitor watches. The organiser’s problem is repeat visits and word of mouth: once you have seen 360-degree projections of the sunflowers, you have seen them.
The idea was to add a moment where visitors could stop, speak to Vincent van Gogh and explore his story through their own questions.
A Van Gogh AI inside the route, not beside it
Visitors ask about his paintings, his life, his letters and the years the show covers, and follow the conversation wherever they take it.
The installation is standalone. It travels with the exhibition, sets up in the next venue and does not depend on the venue’s network.
Built for touring exhibitions
Controlled AI
Van Gogh is one of the most written-about artists in history, which makes an unrestricted AI a real risk. His knowledge comes from approved sources, and his behaviour is defined in advance: what he discusses, what he declines, how he handles provocation, and what he says when he does not know.
Designed to travel
The character travelled with the exhibition to Berlin, Munich and Cologne. Guests met him as one stop on the route, and the same hardware moved from city to city.
Clear commercial value
The production cost sits with the first venue. Every city after that is transport and setup. Van Gogh is also available to rent for exhibitions, attractions, events and cultural spaces.
Real characters, real institutions.
What is the interactive Vincent van Gogh?
An AI-powered Digital Human of the painter, created for the touring exhibition “Vincent: Between Madness & Wonder”. Visitors talk to him in real time.
What can visitors ask him?
About his paintings, his life, his letters and the years the exhibition covers. Topics outside his approved knowledge are declined in character.
How does he fit into the immersive exhibition?
He sits inside the visitor route as one stop, giving guests a moment of conversation between the projection rooms.
Can the installation travel between venues?
Yes. It is standalone, does not depend on the venue network, and has already moved between Berlin, Munich and Cologne.
Can Vincent van Gogh be rented?
Yes. He is part of our rental library, with software, standard hardware, setup and remote support included.
One production, every city on the tour.
